  • Exhibitor classroom sessions, suitable for hosting approximately 25 participants, are available by the hour.
  • Sessions are eligible to be included in the print program if session information is received by Friday, July 10, 2015. All sessions will be included on the mobile app and website.

NOTE: If you have a "Free Standing Exhibit Booth" it must fit within the dimensions noted on the Registration Form. Please contact the Radisson staff directly at (603) 206-4215 by Friday, October 9, 2015 if you require any special adaptations (i.e. telephone, extra electrical) and to define your space layout. This is your responsibility and IS NOT INCLUDED in the registration fee.

 

Important Dates

Registration and payment are due in order to appear in the Conference Program Guide and receive a 10% discount.
July 10th
Presentation/concurrent session description(s) are due, if applicable.
September 4th
Registration and payment are due to be listed in the Exhibitor Guide.
September 4th
Photo-ready copy (.pdf format) is due for advertisements in Exhibitor Guide.
October 9th
Contact the Radisson for special arrangements. The hotel will assess a late fee for ALL REQUESTS received after Monday, November 2nd, 2015.
