Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING prior to November 6, 2015. Registration fees (either general or pre-conference workshops) are non-refundable and subject to regular billing after November 6. Refunds

Refunds requested before the deadline are limited to conference fees paid and will not include fees paid for any equipment purchased. In the event an attendee must cancel after the deadline of November 6, 2015, the attendee may arrange for someone to take his or her place. Consent to Use Photographic Images

By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge that our conference is an open and public event, and any photographers may take photographs and/or videos of you at any time. Furthermore, you grant the Christa McAuliffe Technology Conference Committee permission to use photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward.

Consent to Use Attendee Information

The Christa McAuliffe Technology Conference Committee may publish a list of event participants including your name, title, and organization as listed on your registration form. In addition, the Committee may contact you to share information about upcoming conference events and program opportunities. By registering for this event, you grant permission to the Committee to use your information for these purposes.
