ROBERT MCLAUGHLIN Founder & Chair, of the National Collaborative for Digital Equity (NCDE) to discover how to leverage your district's banking relationship to close the digital divide for your students. The federal Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requires banks to make economic opportunity investments in "low and moderate income" (LMI) areas. The nonprofit NH-based income" (LMI) areas. The nonprofit NH-based NCDE is partnering with the NH Bankers Association, NH School Boards Association,and several state agencies and associations to open up CRA grant funding to support closing the digital divide at home for low-income learners of all ages in NH's LMI communities.Please check the map at this link for eligibility:https://bit.ly/2ALHeYH. School system leaders from these communities are invited to join this interactive session to leverage your authority over where your district does its banking, to close the "homework gap" for your students and their families.
