Exhibitor Registration Process
1) Review the information below from the Call for Exhibitors brochure.
2) Fill out the contact form.
*Note: If you have registered with us in the past, login to your existing account instead.
3) Select Exhibitor Space Options, Presentation Options and optional Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities
4) Print your invoice and send payment within 10 days.
Pay by Friday, July 15, 2016 to receive a 10% discount on your exhibitor space
and get listed in the Conference Program Guide.
5) Enter your company description, logo and contact information for the Exhibitor's Guide.
Information will appear immediately on www.nhcmtc.org. Information for the printed guide must be entered by September 4th.
You may make changes for the online guide until the end of the conference.
6) Login to your account to edit/update your Exhibitor Guide entry, booth representatives & lunch selections, and presentation information (if applicable):
Presentation info is due by Friday, July 15, 2016 to appear in the printed Conference Program Guide.

We listened to your feedback and have added the following to enhance your exhibitor experience:
  • A full hour on Tuesday and Wednesday following the keynote presentation scheduled exclusively for visiting our exhibitors.
  • Exhibitor Reception/Health Break planned for Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons in the Expo Center.
  • Prizes distributed each day for participants demonstrating vendor interactions in the Expo Center.
  • Classroom presentation space in the Expo Center available to exhibitors during the concurrent sessions.
  • Third floor classroom suites available for exhibitor presentations: 1-hour, 1-day, or all three days.

  • Sessions conducted in the Expo Classroom and 3rd Floor Seminar Rooms are eligible to be included in the print program if information is received by Friday, July 15, 2016. All sessions will be included in the mobile app and website

NOTE: If you have a "Free Standing Exhibit Booth" it must fit within the dimensions noted on the Registration Form. Please contact the Radisson staff directly at (603) 206-4215 by Friday, October 9th if you require any special adaptations (i.e. telephone, extra electrical) and to define your space layout. This is your responsibility and IS NOT INCLUDED in the registration fee.

Deadlines
July 15   Registration and payment are due in order to appear in the Conference Program Guide and receive a 10% discount.
July 15   Presentation/concurrent session description(s) are due, if applicable.
September 4th   Registration and payment are due to be listed in the Exhibitor Guide.
September 4th   Photo-ready copy (.pdf format) is due for advertisements in Exhibitor Guide.
Friday, October 9th   Contact the Radisson for special arrangements. The hotel will assess a late fee for ALL REQUESTS received after Monday, November 4th, 2013.
November 30th   Exhibits must be set-up between noon and 6:00 p.m. Monday.
