Student Transition Pamphlets for Self Advocacy

Level: Beginner
Grades: K-5, 6-8, 9-12
Learn how to empower their students to advocate for themselves and their needs in new circumstances. Garner a background on transition planning for IEP students and create brochures and learn how to help students make their own using various web and computer tools.
Equipment needed: Participants will need a device that connects to the internet. This could be laptop, tablet or phone.
Software needed: We will be using google presentation and possible other web presentation apps.
