Solution Partner Registration Process

Review the Call for Solution Partners brochure. pdfCall for Solution Partners brochure.

New CMTC partners, fill out the solution partner registration form linked below. For returning partners, please login to your existing account. *contact Kymra at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for login help.
3)
Select desired engagement level (Sponsorship, 2-Day Booth, Virtual Partner, Virtual Presentation,Educator Scholarships).
4)
Enter your company description, logo and contact information for the Exhibitor Guide Entry in the Exhibitor Menu. Information will appear immediately on www.nhcmtc.org. Information will also appear on Sched when it goes live in November. You may make changes to your guide information until the end of the conference.
5) 
Access your account to: edit/update Exhibitor Guide Entry, add booth representatives, submit presentation information, and select lunch preferences (if applicable). Registration, payment, and presentation descriptions are due by July 31st in order to be included in the Program of Events

New Solution Partners should proceed to the Solution Partners Registration Form

Solution Partners who have registered in the past should use the Login Page to access their existing account and submit a new options form for this year

Important Dates

July 31st

Registration, payment and presentation descriptions are due by July 31st in order to be included in the conference Program of Events & 10% Super Early-Bird discount
August 31st

Registrations and payments received in full by Wednesday August 31st are eligible for a 5% Early-Bird discount
November 7th

Contact the DoubleTree for special arrangements. They may assess a late fee for all requests received AFTER Monday November 7th
