The State of Digital Books in New Hampshire Etienne Vallee, Director of Technology, Moultonborough School District

Level: Intermediate Grades: K-5, 6-8, 9-12

In this session, participants will hear the results of a recent survey on the state of digital books in New Hampshire. Building on previous findings, this survey examined whether the pandemic influenced the deployment of digital books in school libraries. This presentation reports the findings from a 2022 survey of New Hampshire school librarians, which draws a more complete picture of the state of digital books in New Hampshire school libraries. This information will help school librarians to compare their collection to those reported by others in the state, and adjust collection development policies and school library budgets if necessary.
