Level: Beginner Grades: All Repeated: W4-03	In this session we will showcase how NH educators, instructional coaches and tech integration specialists are effectively pairing data insights with evidence-based digital learning tools to provide targeted intervention. Come learn how Windham School District has leveraged their universal screening data to deliver differentiated Math and ELA instruction that allows students in grades K-12 to practice at the level that is just right for them. Using Freckle from Renaissance, teachers accelerate learning by providing a personalized learning path that is focused on students' specific skill needs. Hear how Windham has integrated Freckle into instructional plans to support Tier 1 and Tier II instruction. We will share free access to Freckle along with best practices and strategies for how Freckle can be used to: * Support small group tutoring, independent practice or whole class instruction * Identify skill gaps to determine where to focus teaching and practice * Increase readiness and proficiency of grade level standards * Provide data for progress monitoring * Engage students with fun activities and inquiry-based lessons We look forward to showing the impact Freckle can have on teaching and learning within your MTSS/RTI program.
